The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is rumored to be announced in the first week of August and now it looks like we have a possible date for the handset.
It looks like the new Note 7 will be made official at a press event on the 2nd of August 2016, the handset is expected to go on sale some time in August.
The guys over at Sammobile have received a photo relating to the event which suggests that it will take place in New York on the 2nd of August.
We are expecting to see two handsets at the event the Note 7 and Note 7 Edge and both devices are rumored to come with an Iris scanner. Other rumored specifications on the handsets include a QHD display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 823 processor and 6GB of RAM.
