Samsung is reportedly working on two new mid-range smartphones as a part of their new Galaxy O series.
Not too long ago, we saw some leaked specifications of the alleged Galaxy Grand On and Galaxy Mega On, and now the smartphones have entered India for testing purposes.
Recently, two smartphones with model numbers SM-G550 and SM-G600 were spotted on Zauba — the Galaxy Mega On and Galaxy Grand On as revealed by previous reports.
As far as the specifications are concerned, the Galaxy Mega On (SM-G600) will feature a 5.5-inch HD display, a quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, and 8GB of expandable storage. Other features includes a 13MP main camera for photos and videos, a 5MP front-facing camera, a massive 3,000 mAh battery and is expected to ship with Android 5.1 Lollipop as its operating system out of the box.
On the other hand, the Galaxy Grand On comes with a 5-inch HD display, an Exynos 3475 CPU clocked at 1.3GHz, 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear camera, and a 2,600 mAh battery. The handset will also ship with Android 5.1 Lollipop as its operating system.
There’s no word from Samsung about the launch of the handset, but it shouldn’t be too far away. We’ll update you as soon as we get any information about the alleged devices.
