Over the past few weeks, we’ve heard quite a lot about one of the upcoming handsets from the Korean company, the Samsung Galaxy A9.
The handset was spotted on Bluetooth SIG as well as on some benchmarking websites. Now, the alleged Samsung Galaxy A9 made an appearance on the Geekbench website revealing some details about the handset.
The handset showed up with the model number SM-A9000, revealing some of the specifications which we’ve already seen in the past few days. The alleged device is said to come with the Snapdragon 620 MSM8976 processor as well as 3GB of RAM on board. The benchmark results didn’t reveal a lot of details except the processing information.
As far as the specifications are concerned, previous reports suggest that Samsung Galaxy A9 will come with a 5.5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels, 32GB of internal storage, and possibly Android 5.1.1 Lollipop as its operating system out of the box.
There’s no official word from Samsung about the existence of the handset, but judging by the number of leaks we’ve seen in the past few weeks, it seems the Korean company may introduce it by the end of this year.
We’ll update you as soon as we get to hear anything more about the alleged device.
