It looks like Samsung is getting closer to launching their new Samsung Galaxy A8 smartphone, the handset recently appeared in some benchmarks and now it has popped up in TENAA, which is China’s equivalent of the FCC.
We recently saw some leaked photos of the new Samsung Galaxy A8 and now the TENAA listing has confirmed some of the specifications on the device.
The Samsung Galaxy A8 will apparently come with a 5.7 inch display with a Full High Definition resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Processing will be provided by an eight core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.4GHz.
Other specifications in the new Galaxy A8 will include 2GB of RAM and an Adreno 405 GPU, the device will also come with 16GB of built in storage and a microSD card slot which is likely to support up to 128GB cards.
For cameras the Galaxy A8 will feature a 5 megapixel camera on the front and a 16 megapixel camera on the back, the handset will also comes with a 3050 mAh battery and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
