If you’re based in Europe, waiting for the Android Marshmallow to hit your Samsung Galaxy A7, there’s some good news for you.
The long-awaited Android Marshmallow update is now rolling out for the European version of the Samsung Galaxy A7.
It’s a little late to reach the handset since the new Android Nougat has already released, and many manufacturers already have announced the expected roll out times for the latest operating system.
As for the Android Marshmallow update for the Galaxy A7, it comes with a model number XXU2BPH4 and weighs a little over 1Gb in size so make sure you’re connected to a WIFi network before you start the download process. It brings everything Android Marshmallow has to offer such improved privacy and permission settings, a more refined version of TouchWiz UI and more.
The update is rolling out for the factory unlocked version of the handset so make sure to check for the update notification. If it’s not there, you can manually check for the update by going to Settings > About Device > Software Update > Update Now.
Let us know if you’ve received the latest Android Marhsmallow update on your device.
