Sony Xperia Z Ultra is currently the biggest phablet available in the market with a gigantic 6.4-inch display. Rumors suggest that LG is also working on a phablet with a similar screen size. Currently, there is no news about the announcement and availability of the rumored phablet.
The alleged LG phablet is expected feature a 6.4-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, but with a higher pixel density of 418ppi, compared to 342ppi in Sony Xperia Z Ultra. According to this rumor, the phablet will be powered by the Snapdragon 800 SoC with 3GB RAM, 8MP rear camera with LED flash and Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
There is no confirmed news about the launch of the phablet or its name. Let’s just take this rumor with a grain of salt as we don’t know whether this rumor is correct or not.
The number of phablets are increasing day-by-day with Sony Xperia Z Ultra already available in the market. Samsung also has Galaxy Mega 6.3 in the market with Samsung Galaxy Note 3 announced earlier this month. Also, HTC is also expected to unveil its 5.9-inch Galaxy Note 3 rival known as HTC One Max that is expected to launch by the end of this year.
