Panasonic has added another rugged tablet to its range with the launch of the Panasonic Toughbook H1 Field, and the Panasonic Toughbook H1 Field is designed to take a beating, being rugged enough to survive a six foot drop, is waterproof and can withstand extreme temperatures.
The Panasonic Toughbook H1 Field features a 1.86GHz Intel Atom Z540 processor, and a 10.4 inch XGA sunlight viewable dual touch LCD display, which works with both a stylus and your fingers.
The Panasonic Toughbook H1 Field comes with 2GB of RAM, a 64GB SSD, 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, and optional WWAN, optional GPS, a built in fingerprint scanner, a 2 megapixel camera with a built in LED flash, an RFID reader and a SmartCard Reader.
The Panasonic Toughbook H1 Field comes with a choice of either Windows 7 oor Windows XP Tablet Edition, it will be available in March for $3,379.
