The Palm Pre Plus and Palm Pixi Plus have been available in the US for some time now, whilst here in the UK we haven’t heard anything about when these new models will be released here and in the rest of Europe.
It turns out that the Palm Pre Plus and The Palm Pixi Plus could be released in the UK shortly. The guys over at the Unwired have found out some details of two Palm mobile phones that have been submitted to the GCF (the European equivalent of the FCC) for Approval.
The model numbers are very similar to the model numbers that were used when they were submitted to the FCC in the US, with the last two letter of the model names being changed to EU.
We haven’t heard anything from Palm as yet on when we are likely to see the Palm Pre Plus and the Palm Pixi Plus arrive in the UK, although it could be quite soon as both models have now been approved by the GCF.
