The Finnish OEM announced the highly anticipated Nokia Lumia 2520 Windows RT tablet at a press event last month. The tablet is expected to launch in the US starting November 22nd on AT&T for $399.99 with a two-year agreement. The tablet will also hit Verizon as well, but the carrier hasn’t announced an exact release date for it. Although the pre-registration page is up on Verizon’s website for users who want to know about its launch.
In the case of UK, the details about its launch are scarce, but Nokia mentioned did mention that UK is among the list of countries that’ll get the tablet after the US. Well, now we have a rumored launch date for the tablet in the UK. According to a rumor, Nokia Lumia 2520 will hit the shelves in the UK in the first week of December at John Lewis department stores.

Nokia Lumia 2520 comes with a 10.1 inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset with a clock speed of 2.2GHz with 2GB RAM. The slate comes with 32GB internal storage with a microSD card support of up to 32GB, WiFi, 6.7MP camera with PureView Technology and Carl Zeiss optics, Bluetooth, a 8,000 mAh battery and runs Windows RT 8.1 on top of it.
Unfortunately, there’s no word about the price of the tablet, but it should be close to its price in the US. We’ll update you as soon as we hear anything about its launch in the UK.
