Amazon recently announced their first Android tablet, the Amazon Kindle Fire, which will go on sale next month for $199.99, we have been hearing rumors that Amazon is also working on a new version of the device with a larger display.
The original Kindle Fire features a 7 inch touchscreen display, and the second tablet is rumored to feature a 10 inch display, and now according to a recent report by the BGR, the larger Kindle Fire tablet is expected to launch in the second half of 2012.
We had heard previously that the larger Kindle Fire tablet would launch before the end of the year or at the start or 2012, and there are also rumors that the new Kindle Fire will be based on NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 platform.
