We have been hearing rumors that the new Samsung Galaxy Note 6 would come with 6GB of RAM and now according to a recent report the handset will come with Samsung’s latest RAM chips.
Samsung recently introduced its new 6GB RAM chips which are made using their 10 nm manufacturing process and these chips will apparently debut in the new Galaxy Note 6.
We also heard last week that Samsung are expected to introduce an Iris scanner with the launch of the new Note 6, the device is also rumored to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 823 processor, this is essentially the Snapdragon 820 with a higher clock speed.
Other rumored specifications on the new Galaxy Note 6 include a range of storage options from 32GB up to possibly 256GB.
The handset is expected to feature a 5.8 inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and it will apparently be available in a Note 6 and Note 6 Edge model. The cameras on the new Galaxy Note are rumored to be the same as the Galaxy S7, which will include a 5 magapixel camera on the front and a 12 megapixel camera on the back.
Samsung will apparently launch their new Galaxy Note handsets in August and the devices are rumored to go on sale in the week of the 15th of August.
