Netgear has this week launched a new addition to their range of routers in the form of the Netgear R6300, which has been designed to provide you with gigabit wireless connections.
The Netgear R6300 should be able to provide wireless connectivity up to three times faster than existing 802.11n routers. But overall speeds will vary depending on the environment and surrounding obstructions.

Bundled with the Netgear R6300 router also comes a selection of software, including a Genie app thats allows you to monitor networks, MyMedia fro streaming media and images, together with parental controls, that can be setup if required. The Netgear R6300 will be arriving in the U.S. during next month and will be available to purchase for around $200.
