Today Netflix has launched a new Netflix Social feature which is available to Netflix members within the US, and has been designed to allow them to share their favourite Netflix shows and movies on Facebook. Netflix Social allows you to control exactly what you share: “You are in control of what gets shared. You can choose not to share a specific title by clicking the “Don’t Share This” button in the player. You can also visit your “Social Settings” in “Your Account” on Netflix.com to turn on additional sharing to Facebook or stop sharing altogether.”
The new Netflix Social features will be roiling out to US Netflix member over the next couple of days so if they haven’t yet appeared within your account just be patient. No information has been revealed by Netflix as to when or if the new Netflix Social feature will roll out to other countries over the coming months.
