Motorola is looking to tempt iPhone owners away from Apple with its new Motorola Moto X smartphone, and they have now launched a new iCloud migration tool that makes it easy to transfer everything from your iPhone to the Moto X.
The new Motorola Moto X migration tool for iCloud was announced on Google+ by Punit Soni, who talks about the tool below, it looks like the tool is a work in progress.

The iCloud migration tool can be used to transfer your iCloud Contacts and Calendar, these can all be transferred over to your Google account, there is a brief description of how the tool works below.
You can transfer Contacts and Calendar from iPhone to your customized Moto X.
After buying your Moto X on MotoMaker, you will see a confirmation page inviting you to use Migrate.
Select I have an iPhone
Enter your iCloud credentials (AppleID & iCloud Password), hit Continue
Hit Begin Transfer
Log into your Google account
Migration will begin.
Migration Success!
