The All New HTC One can surely be called the worst kept secret of the Taiwanese OEM. It has leaked extensively in the past few week, hinting at all the possible specifications of the device.
Not too long ago, we found out why there are dual-cameras on the back, and today, we have a detailed specifications list of what the alleged handset will bring at the table, thanks to the folks at GSMArena.
Let’s get started, shall we? Before we do, let me remind you that some of these are already leaked before. According to the new leak, the handset will rock a 5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, and is powered by a Snapdragon 801 chipset with a clock speed of 2.3GHz, with a possible 2GB of RAM.
On the storage side, it will come with 16GB of storage on board out which 10GB will be user available, there’s also a microSD card for expandable storage. Other features include a 2,600mAh battery, dual cameras on the back, a 5MP front-facing camera and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat pre-installed out of the box.
It doesn’t mention about the strength of the camera, but the information suggests HTC will stick with the 4MP UltraPixel camera with 1080p video recording and not 4K, which might turn out to be a disappointment for those waiting for the all new HTC One.
HTC has scheduled an event on March 25th in NYC where the company is expected to unveil the handset. That’s the time when we’ll find out about all the missing pieces. What do you think about these specs?
