After being showcased at the recent E3 games conference last month Gameloft has this week officially announced that their new Modern Combat 5 Blackout game will be officially launching on July 24th 2014.
The new Modern Combat 5 Blackout game will be available on both Android and iOS devices and will be priced at $6.99 with no in-app purchases which is good to hear.
Gameloft’s Modern Combat 5 carries on the popular series and provide multiplayer features for squad vs squad multiplayer matches, including the ability to create persistence squads with your friends or other MC5 gamers.
Other features of the Modern Combat 5 Blackout game will bring with it new maps, weapons and vehicles together with enhanced graphics as well as new gameplay mechanics to enjoy.
“Teamwork, coordination, and strategy will make the difference, allowing individuals to use their skills to benefit the squad as a whole. Customizing your squad to take advantage of different classes for varying scenarios and opponents will also play an important part of squad combat.”
Modern Combat 5 Blackout is also expected to launch on the Windows Phone platform but a release date for this version has not been announced by Gameloft at the current time.
