A small development team based in Milan, Italy have created a new all in one portable DJ mixer aptly named the Mixiamo, which is this week taken to Kickstarter to raise the €45,000 required to make the jump into production. MIXIAMO is the audio mixer designed for 2.0 DJs say it’s designers, watch the demonstration video below to learn more about what you can expect from the tiny pocket size DJ mixer.
Weighing just 150 g and measuring just 6 cm in length the developer team explain more about its inspiration and features. “It is conceived to be used with all the latest devices that allow you to play music, equipped with a 3.5 mm 32 Ohm Jack output. It works without an operating system or battery power because the DMPs (digital music players) rely on a pre-amplified music stream. You can always bring it with you and you won’t need anything else to get the party started! Connect Mixiamo to your favorite DMPs, headphones, and speakers and you will be a DJ in seconds, mixing and scratching your music without the need to connect or synchronize the devices. Just you, your friends and music.”
The small device also includes four integrated audio cables two 3.5 mm 32 Ohm stereo jack male to connect to the DMPs and two 3.5 mm 32 Ohm stereo jack female to connect your headphones, amplifiers and speakers.
