Last week we heard a rumor that Microsoft would be offering a subsidized version of their Xbox 360 console, and it is now official and will only be available in the US.
Microsoft will be launching a subsidized Xbox 360 console, which will cost you $99 up front, and then a two year monthly subscription of $14.99 per month.
For the up front fee and the monthly subscription you will get a 4GB Xbox 360 console plus a Microsoft Kinect, and also Microsoft’s Xbox Live Gold, you can find out more details over at Microsoft.
One thing which doesn’t seem to be included on deal is the additional streamed content that was rumored last week, this could be something that Microsoft adds to the service at a later date.
