We already know that the LG Optimus G is headed to Sprint, as LG recently announced which US mobile carriers the device would be available with, and now Sprint has confirmed they will be offering the Optimus G ‘this fall’.
The LG Optimus G is powered by a quad core 1.5GHz Krait Snapdragon S4 processor and it features 2GB of RAM and will come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, plus 4G LTE.
Other specifications on the LG Optimus G include a 4.7 inch touchscreen display which has a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels and the device also come with two cameras, on the back there is a 13 megapixel camera for photos and video, up front there is a 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat.
The LG Optimus G comes with a 2,100 mAh battery, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, USB 2.0, A-GPS, MHL and DLNA, plus NFC, Sprint have not announced any pricing or an exact launch date for the LG Optimus G as yet.
