We’ve heard quite a lot of rumors about the launch of the upcoming flagship device from LG, dubbed as the LG G3. We haven’t seen the handset in any leaked image, but some information about the handset has surfaced in the past few months.
Recently, a rumor popped up on the internet suggesting LG G3 will hit retail in June, opposing previous rumors that hinted May as the official launch date.
The details about the handset are scarce, but it should come with top-of-the-line specifications. The handset should be powered by a quad-core processor with a clock speed of 2.2GHz processor under the hood, manufactured by LG in-house and is known LG Odin. LG G3 is expected to ship with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels with a 5.5-inch display.
On the rear. the handset is rumored to come with a 16MP camera with a possible optical image stabilization plus that was launched in the LG G Pro 2 lately, and a possible fingerprint scanner.
Let’s just take this rumor with a grain of salt as there’s no solid proof of the event taking place in June. It might be in the pipeline, but it should take a few months before LG officially unveils the handset. We’ll update you as soon as we have more information.
