We already have details on the Z6 Pro from Lenovo and now we have some information on the new Lenovo Z6.
The new Lenovo Z6 will apparently be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor which is built using the 8 nm process. This processor has a similar architecture to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 but is more cost-effective, making it an attractive option for mid-range smartphones. The Snapdragon 730 is known for its efficient performance and power management, which should provide a smooth user experience for everyday tasks and moderate gaming.
Display and Design
As yet, there are no details on what other specifications the handset will come with. However, if we look at the Z6 Pro, it comes with a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display that has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a Full HD+ resolution. It is likely that the Lenovo Z6 will feature a similar display, providing vibrant colors and deep blacks, which are characteristic of AMOLED technology. The design of the Z6 is expected to be sleek and modern, possibly featuring a glass back and a metal frame, which are common in contemporary smartphones.
Memory and Storage
The Z6 Pro comes with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. While it is unlikely that the Z6 will match these high-end specifications, it is expected to offer a respectable amount of RAM and storage. A configuration of 6GB or 8GB of RAM paired with 128GB or 256GB of internal storage would be reasonable for a mid-range device. This should be sufficient for multitasking and storing a large number of apps, photos, and videos.
Camera Capabilities
The Z6 Pro features three rear cameras, including a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The Lenovo Z6 is expected to have a similar camera setup, although it might not be as advanced as the Z6 Pro. A triple-camera system with a 48-megapixel main sensor, a wide-angle lens, and a depth sensor would provide versatility for different photography scenarios. The front camera is likely to be around 16 to 20 megapixels, which should be adequate for high-quality selfies and video chats.
Battery and Additional Features
Battery life is a crucial aspect of any smartphone. The Z6 Pro comes with a 4,000mAh battery, and it is anticipated that the Z6 will have a similar or slightly smaller battery capacity. Fast charging support is also expected, which is a valuable feature for users who need to quickly recharge their devices. Additionally, the Lenovo Z6 might come with other features such as an in-display fingerprint sensor, face unlock, and possibly even some form of water resistance.
The Lenovo Z6 is shaping up to be a promising mid-range smartphone with a powerful Snapdragon 730 processor, a likely AMOLED display, and a versatile camera setup. While it may not have all the high-end features of the Z6 Pro, it is expected to offer a balanced combination of performance, design, and functionality at a more affordable price point.
