Leica has today unveiled a new addition to their range of cameras with the launch of the Leica G-Star RAW Edition, which builds on the technology used within the D-Lux 6.
The new Leica G-Star RAW Edition comes with a textured leather body with gun-metal grey accents, together with an embossed leather case and strap.
“In collaboration with G-Star, the Dutch denim label, Leica is proud to present a limited special edition of the Leica D-Lux 6 compact camera. Inspired by the successful G-Star RAW collection, the new Leica D-Lux 6 ‘Edition by G-Star RAW’ features an unusual colour concept, is finished in the typical RAW design, and features the inscription ‘LEICA BY G-STAR RAW … JUST THE PRODUCT.'”
The new Leica G-Star RAW Edition will be arriving in stores very soon and will be priced at $1,300 for the 10 megapixel model with 24-90mm (35mm equivalent) f/1.4-2.3 fixed zoom, 1/1.7-inch sensor, manual control dials, full-HD video recording and RAW still image capture.
