Kingston has add what it claims it the fastest card it produces to its Compactflash memory card range, the Kingston Ultimate 600X.
The new Kingston Compactflash Ultimate 600x supports UDMA mode 6 and can write data at up to 90 MB/s.
The Kingston Ultimate 600x has bee created for photographers that need to shoot in continuous or burst modes where the speed of write could make the difference between capturing the perfect shot or missing it.
The CompactFlash Ultimate 600x has an operating temperature of 32° to 140° F (0° to 60° C) and a storage temperature of -4° to 185° F (-20° to 85° C).
The Kingston Ultimate 600x card avialable in two storage capacities, 16 GB and 32 GB, priced at $154 and $270, respectively.
