Kawasaki has unveiled details of a new Power Assist Robot Suit it has been developing that will provide extra support allowing you to carry weighs of around 30-40kg without any effort from your muscles.
Kawasaki has designed the suit to provide extra support and assistance using four motors located around hips and knees. The suit can be altered to fit an leg length and has a control unit and lithium battery pack located around the lower back section. The Power Assist Robot suits are currently under trials within Kawasaki’s production plants and should be available to buy after testing has completely finished in around two years.
