As well as all the juicy new announcements made in Apple iPhone 4S keynote presentation yesterday. Apple has also unveiled a new AppleCare+ plan which now offers two instances of protection from accidental damage. You will need to pay a $49 fee each time though and the price on the new AppleCare+ package is priced at $100, $30 more than the original AppleCare service.
AppleCare+ needs to be purchased at the time you buy your shiny new iPhone 4S, unlike its predecessor which could be obtained and activated anytime within the first twelve months of your purchase.
More information about the new AppleCare+ service can be found over on the Apple website. Have a look at our iPhone 4S review to see what we thought of Apple’s latest smartphone, plus iOS 5 and their new virtual voice activated assistant Siri.
