Ingocraft this week has launched a new Kickstarter campaign to help fund a very unique 3D modelling tablet application that has been designed to be use on both iOS and Android tablets.
Once you have constructed your design you can then 3D print the required parts to help you construct your design in real life. Check out the video after the jump to learn more and see how the system functions.
“Ingocraft is a holistic approach to modern design/build, but for kids! Modern tech meets nuts and bolts, a combination to inspire and educate young people to be makers, inventors, creators, and future 3D printers!
The possibilities for extensions and customizations are limitless! We have been making gears with 3D printed belts made from flexible filaments, compatible hinges and ball joints and propellers. We can’t wait to see how people customize and improve the Ingocraft set!”
The Ingocraft project is currently over on the Kickstarter crowd funding website looking to raise $15,000 in pledges to make the jump from concept to production.
