The Google Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones went on sale recently and the devices have been available for over a week.
Lots of people who pre-ordered the handsets have yet to receive their device and it looks like Google may be giving them $50 in Play Store credit because their device has been delayed.
It looks like people who ordered their Google Pixel or Pixel XL direct from Google will be gettikng the credit, unfortunately this will not apply to Verizon customers, you can see part of an email below that Google are sending out to people.
Both of the new Google Pixel handsets appear to be popular and it could take Google a little while to catch up with the demand for the device.
