HTC’s latest Android smartphone the HTC Sensation is already available to pre-order from some of the mobile operators here in the UK, of course this means you have to sign up to a new contract with them.
The HTC Sensation has now turned up for pre-order, SIM free with retailer Play, and it is available to pre-order for £499.99, and they are showing a launch date of the 30th of June 2011.
As a reminder, the HTC Sensation comes with a dual core 1.2GHz processor, there is also a 4.3 inch qHD Super LCD display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, plus 1GB of built in storage, a microSD card slot and 768MB of RAM.
Other specifications on the HTC Sensation include Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread and also features HTC Sense UI, plus HTC Watch, and there is also HSPA/WCDMA connectivity, and also Bluetooth 3.0 and 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, plus A-GPS, a gyro sensor, G-sensor, a proximity sensor and a digital compass..
The HTC Sensation features an 8 megapixel camera on the back with autofocus and an LED flash, there is also a VGA camera up front for video chat.
