The Google Nexus 5 is now available with US mobile carrier T-Mobile, the handset is available for a payment of $41.99 up front followed by $17 per month for 24 months, the device is also available of contract for $449.99.
As we mentioned previously the T-Mobile off contract price of $449.99 is $100 more than the Nexus 5 on the Google Play Store direct from Google.
The Google Nexus 5 is the first device to come with Android 4.4 Kit Kat, the handset features a 5 inch full high definition display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Under the hood of the Nexus 5 is a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with a clock speed of 2.3GHz, the handset also comes with an Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM.
The Nexus 5 is available with a choice of 16GB or 32GB of built in storage, the handset also comes with front and rear facing cameras, plus WiFi and Bluetooth.
On the front of the Nexus 5 we have a 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat, on the back of the handset is an 8 megapixel camera for photos and video, that can record full HD video in 1080p and features optical image stabilization.
