Google has launched a completely redesigned Google Search application for Windows 7.5 smartphones this week, which brings with it a number of great features for Windows 7.5 phone users.
The new Google Search app is now available to download for free from the Windows Phone Marketplace, and now provides users with a new autocomplete feature. Which has been designed to offer search predictions that often match your search phrase making search entry easier and faster from your Windows smartphone.
Other new features within the new Windows Search application include Voice Search, which allows you to enter search phrases on screen by speech rather than typing.
Together with my location that has been created to allow you to search for results on Google that are close to your current locality. For instance, a search for “coffee shops” quickly displays the nearest places you can go to for a cup of coffee.
You can download the app from the Windows Marketplace and try it for yourself. It’s available worldwide in English, Spanish, French, Italian, and German.
