Google has rolled out a new update to its Google Calendar service which has brought with a new colour coding options for calendar entries. The new feature now allows users to colour code individual events, instead of just entire calendars.
The new feature now enables you to now organise your calendar in a more user friendly way with events colour coded to your needs, allowing you to draw more attention to the more important events in your social calendar.
The new feature is positioned next to the event title, with a small colour box with a down-facing arrow. This allows you to select one of eight colors, or leave the event at the calendar default.
The new feature was made live by Google on the 9th May and is currently rolling out across all its accounts. Just in case you still can see it at the moment in your own.
