It can be hard to find a place to keep all your accessories and peripherals on your computer desk. One of the things I always had a hard time finding a place for were my headphones. Typical headphones wouldn’t fit in my desk drawers. If you have a similar issue, Genius has announced a new folding headset called the Lychas HS-G550.
The headset has 50 mm drivers and individual volume controls for each ear cup. The individual volume controls mean you can turn one side down so you can hear someone sitting next to you while keeping the volume on the other side. There’s also an in-line remote with a mute button for the mic and a global volume control.
The cable is 2.5 m long and connects to your PC with a 3.5 mm headphone jack. That means you won’t lose a USB port and you can use the headphones on any device with a 3.5 mm output. Pricing and availability is unknown at this time.
