Today FreedomPop has announced that they are expanding their free offerings and are now launching a new free voice service on a variety of Android smartphones.
The new FreedomPop voice service will offer customers 200 free voice minutes, together with unlimited texting and 500mb of data in one free to use package.
The announcement expands on the already available free 500mb of data that FreedomPop offers to customers via USB sticks and hotspots, as well as an add-on sleeve you can pour chase for Apple’s iPod Touch device. FreedomPop CEO Stephen Sokols explained, “This is actually what we wanted to do out of the gate,”.
The new FreedomPop voice package will be available to pre-order from the FreedomPop website very soon and an unlimited voice package is also available for $10 a month.
