FELIXprinters has announced the launch of a new range of 3D printers this week with the introduction of the new FELIX Pro 1 that comes equipped with dual extruders and has been built on technology used in previous designs by the company.
The FELIX Pro 1 is also equipped with all metal, direct drive hot ends that have been specifically designed to be easy to remove making replacement and maintenance easy to carry out.
The build area of the FELIX Pro 1 measures 255 x 245 x 225 mm in size and the 3D printer is capable of printing at a layer thickness of .05 mm. A variety of different 3D printing filaments can be used including PLA, PET(g), FLEX, ABS, PVA, WOOD and GLASS in a 1.75mm diameter. Other features include fully automatic calibration, filament detection and intelligent nozzle positioning.
The FELIX Pro 1 is the first 3D printer in the FELIX Pro series and is priced at €2150, it can be seen in action via the promotional video below.
