Hardware and “professional graphics solution” manufacturer Sapphire has this week introduced the new addition to its range of external graphics card enclosures unveiling the new Sapphire GearBox Thunderbolt 3 External PCI-Express enclosure.
Created to provide an easy way to boost the performance of mobile computers, laptops and mini PCs by providing an external GPU equipped with a 40Gbps Thunderbolt 3 USB-C connection. The external graphics enclosure measures 300mm x 138mm x 204mm in size and is capable of supporting PCI-Express x16 Gen 3.0 Single / Double Slot, Full Length, PCI-Express x16 Graphics Cards with a maximum dimension of 266 mm (L) x 125 mm (H) / 10.5″ (L) x 4.9″ (H) and up to 300w.
