Fulcrum Knives has designed and created a very unique everyday carry (EDC) pocket knife which when folded is roughly the same size as a coin. But is capable of morphing into a number of different shapes depending on your requirements and use. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about the “True Morphing Linkage” technology incorporated into the Eclipse pocket knife design.
Equipped with a 440C Hardened Blade, 58 HRC and G10 Handle the pocket knife has been designed to provide a small, efficient and flexible tool small enough to hang on your keychain.” Eclipse is one of the most unique EDC knives out there. What starts as a coin shape quickly morphs into a small but grippy knife that helps you tackle all those daily tasks. It also has a keychain loop thats great for paracord, keys, or lanyards. It comes in two sweet color options, with more to unlock via stretch goals.”
The Eclipse EDC pocket knife is now available to back via Kickstarter with early bird pledges available from $29 or roughly £22 and worldwide shipping expected to take place during October 2018. After the successful completion of the crowdfunding campaign the recommended retail price is expected to be over $60. “Eclipse was designed to be the most ergonomic and comfortable nanoblade out there. Your hand naturally falls into a comfortable and stable position. There is even a finger notch which helps further secure and stabilize. The handle is made from G10 FR-4 fiberglass epoxy. This is the same material used on many gun handles and high-end pocket knives.”
