This week Dell has announced that it has created new mini desktop systems to expand its range of OptiPlex 3020 and 9020 lines of business desktops, with the unveiling of its new OptiPlex Micro mini PCs.
The Dell OptiPlex 3020 Micro mini PC systems start at $499 thanks to a current promotion which Dell is running at the current time that allows you to have a 35 percent discount on the full retail price until the end of September.
The highest specified dell OptiPlex 9020 Micro mini PC price starts at $729 and is also in the 35 percent September promotion. The system can be equipped with a choice of Intel Core i5 or Core i7 Haswell processor supported by up to 8GB of RAM together with the choice to install a solid state disk (SSD) up to 128GB in size or a slower 500GB HDD.
Both models are equipped with HD graphics, 2.5 inch drive bays, DisplayPort and VGA connections, together with 6 x USB ports and Ethernet.
The cheaper OptiPlex 3020 Micro mini PC sports an Intel Pentium G3240T processor with other systems available powered by Core i3 and Core i5 Haswell chip, supported by 4GB of RAM, and 500GB of storage.
