This month G.SKILL as unveiled the world’s fastest DDR4-4700MHz Trident Z RGB Memory Kit which will be available from authorised G.SKILL distribution partners during Q2 2018, although no pricing has been unveiled as yet. The extreme performance Trident Z RGB memory offers users a speed of DDR4-4700MHz CL19-19-19-39 1.45V 16GB (2 x 8GB) and is the first retail kit to reach the dizzy highs of DDR4-4700MHz.
As well as being extremely fast the memory kit is also equipped with RGB lighting and its extreme speed is thanks to “highly-screened, high-performance” Samsung DDR4 B-die ICs. That have been validated on the MSI Z370I Gaming PRO Carbon AC motherboard powered by an Intel Core i7-8700K processor. Designed for high-stability, this Trident Z RGB DDR4-4700MHz memory kit has been stress tested on the above motherboard and processor, and comes equipped with the latest Intel XMP 2.0 profile for easy one-click memory overclocking if desired.
The new memory kit has been developed over the last year and builds on the G.SKILL Trident Z RGB series that were first unveiled at the end of 2016. The work by the G.SKILL research and development team has now created the world’s fastest RGB memory kit, offering a blistering DDR4-4700MHz, while maintaining ultra-low timings at CL19-19-19-39.
