CLOVR has this week taken to Kickstarter to raise the required funds it requires in the form of $5,000, to make its new CLOVR application available to a wider audience. The new app has been designed to transform all of your favourite PC games into virtual reality. It sounds a big ask but the development team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seem confident in being able to produce the goods. Check out the demonstration video below to learn more about the new CLOVR application which is still in its development stage of construction.
CLOVR has been designed to remove the need for expensive virtual reality setups and equipment, allowing you to “Step right into your favourite PC games in virtual reality and start shooting away at zombies and monsters. Experience every moment like you’re actually in the game, and immerse yourself in a whole new VR world – without the need for fancy VR equipment.” Say the development team.
The CLOVR app is now available to back with pledges starting from as little as £2 for three months access to the service. CLOVR has been created to provide an easy-to-use hassle-free mobile app that transforms any PC game into virtual reality, making virtual reality gaming accessible and affordable to all.
