If you have ever experienced low signal strength at locations you visit, it might be worth you investing in a booster brolly when they are launched. The signal boosting umbrella uses solar power to help increase your call reception and charge your device.
The booster brolly is equipped with 12 x 2 volt solar panels stitched into the canopy of the umbrella. Turning the sun’s energy into juice which is then stored in a battery hidden within the handle, and then used to charge your mobile devices.
The booster brolly is a great gadget for anyone attending festivals this year in the UK, has it will also keep the rain or sun off you as well. A prototype of the Vodafone Booster Brolly is set to be trialled at the 2012 Isle Of Wight Festival later this month.
