If you are concerned about pollutants in your home or office you may be interested in a new air filtration system aptly named Aura Air. Marketed as the world’s first total air solution the system is capable of detecting pollutants and cleaning them up straightaway. The connected Aura Air filtration system “intelligently managers” your indoor air quality. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more.
Launched via Kickstarter this week the Aura Air filtration system is now available to early bird backers from $229 or roughly £175 and worldwide shipping is expected to take place during June 2019. Thanks to its Internet of Things connectivity and Air IQ prediction technology the Aura Air offers a wide variety of features not available from other air purifiers or detectors.
The system comes complete with its own smartphone companion application which supports both iOS and Android devices and allows you to quickly and easily see the quality of the air near your sensor. As well as alerting you to any pollutants that might be detected. Each sensor is capable of covering 700 square feet or 50 m². As well as supporting both Amazon Alexa and Google assistant.
“Aura Air is IoT compatible and connects seamlessly with your other smart devices, so you can ask Alexa, and Google all sorts of questions about your home’s air status. Or tell your A/C to turn on when your home hits a humidity level. Or set your home to shut off the gas if high levels are detected. “
