AT&T have released a software update for the LG G4 smartphone on their network, the update keeps the handset on Android 5.1 and it includes a fix for the Stagefright explot.
The Stagefright update allows hackers to take over a vulnerable device by sending an MMS to the handsets.
AT&T released a software update for the LG G4 (H810) on August 31, 2015. This update will be pushed to customers via the Firmware Over the Air (FOTA) using a Wi-Fi connection.
