ATI has added another graphics card to their HD5000 range with the launch of the ATI Radeon HD5450. It is designed to be used in your HTPC rather than for gaming and it comes with a range of features.
“The ATI Radeon™ HD 5450 offers consumers another next-generation graphics product from AMD, and further reinforces our price-performance value at a wide range of price points,” said Matt Skynner, vice president and general manager, AMD Graphics Division.
The ATI Radeon HD5450 supports Direct X11, and has a HDMI 1.3a connection with Dolby True HD and DTS-HD Master Audio. The and DTS-HD Master Audio comes with 512MB of RAM, and the best part is the price it will be available shortly for just $60.
