As well as the new Asus Padfone X, Asus also launched a new range of smartphones at CES, the Asus ZenFone range which will be available in three different sizes.
The range if made up of the Asus ZenFone 4, ZenFone 5 and ZenFone 6, and each device is powered any an Intel Atom processor.
The Asus ZenFone 4 comes with a 4 inch WVGA display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, plus a 1.2GHz Intel Atom Z2520 processor and 1GB of RAM.
Other specifications on the ZenFone 4 include a 5 megapixel rear camera and a front facing 0.3 megapixel camera, plus WiFi, WiFi Direct and a microSD card slot that takes up to 64GB cards.
The Asus ZenFone 5 comes with a 5 inch HD display that has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, the handset is powered a 2GHz Intel ATOM Z2580 processor and also comes with 2GB of RAM.
There is also an 8 megapixel rear camera plus a 2 megapixel front facing camera, a 2,050 mAh battery and a microSD card slot which takes up to 64GB cards.
Finally we have the Asus ZenFone 6 which features a 6 inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, processing comes in the form of a 2GHz Intel Atom Z2580 processor and there is also 1GB of RAM.
On the back of the ZenFone 6 we have a 13 megapixel camera, up front we have a 2 megapixel camera, plus a 3,230 mAh and a microSD card slot which can take up to 64GB cards.
All three smartphones will come with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box and Asus have said that they will be updated to Android 4.4 Kit Kat, as yet there are no details on pricing, you can find out more information at the link below.
