The Asus ZenFone 5Z was made official at Mobile World Congress back in February and now Asus is launching the device this week. The handset will launch on the 15th of June, Asus has not revealed any pricing details as yet.
Asus Japan announced the news on Twitter, it is not clear as yet on which countries it will be available in at launch.
Display and Design
The ZenFone 5Z comes with a 6.2 inch display with a FHD+ resolution of 2246 x 1080 pixels. This large screen is designed to provide an immersive viewing experience, making it ideal for watching videos, playing games, and browsing the web. The display also features a notch at the top, similar to the iPhone X, which houses the front camera and other sensors. The design of the ZenFone 5Z is sleek and modern, with a glass back that gives it a premium look and feel.
Performance and Storage
Under the hood, the handset features a powerful Snapdragon 845 processor, which is one of the most advanced mobile processors available. This ensures that the ZenFone 5Z can handle even the most demanding apps and games with ease. The device also comes with 8GB of RAM, which allows for smooth multitasking and quick app switching. In terms of storage, the ZenFone 5Z offers up to 256GB, providing ample space for all your photos, videos, apps, and other files. Additionally, the device supports expandable storage via a microSD card, so you can add even more space if needed.
Camera Capabilities
The handset also comes with impressive camera capabilities. On the front of the device, there is an 8 megapixel camera that is perfect for selfies and video calls.
