Asus has this week launched their new Asus ET2700 all-in-one PC system, that was first unveiled back in CeBIT in March. The new Asus ET2700 is different to most all-in-one PCs as its display supports 10 finger multitouch control.
The Asus ET2700 is powered by a choice of Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 CPUs, supported by 4-8 GB of DDR3 memory @ 1333 MHz, to suit your budget. Graphics for the system will be provided by Intel HD Graphics, but it doesn’t look as though there will be any ATi or Nvidia options to choose from.
The Asus ET2700 will also come fitted with a 2TB hard drive for storage, and connectivity includes 802.11 b/g/n and 10/100/1000 Mbps.
Asus explains:
“The ET2700 Series provides a technological leap in multi-touch interactivity, surpassing traditional two-finger multi-touch by providing full, 10-finger multi-touch capability. Pinch-to-zoom, rotate images, and scroll through webpages, all with ease,”
Unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet for the Asus ET2700, but as soon as any information is released we will keep you updated as always.
