According to the latest smartphone customer satisfaction survey from JD Power, Apple’s iPhone has once again taken the top spot, which is the 7th time in a row that Apple has been top of their survey.
JD Power surveyed 7,080 smartphone owners, and Apple’s iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S came out top with a score of 839 points out of 1,000, in second place was HTC with a score of 789.
The survey was conducted from July and December in 2011, and it took into account things like design, ease of use, performance and features.
One thing that was made clear by the survey that people want to see battery life of smartphones improved, and 4G devices scored low with a battery score of just 6.1 out of 10 compared to a 6.7 score for 3g smartphones.
