Last week we heard that Apple has filed a number of different lawsuits against Samsung in Germany, the lawsuits related to 10 different patents for smartphones and around five patents for tablets.
And now some details have been revealed on one of the lawsuits from Apple against Samsung, and now Apple are claiming that Samsung and Google’s flagship Android smartphone,the Samsung Galaxy Nexus infringes on an Apple patent.
According to Foss Patents, Apple are accusing Samsung of copying their ‘slide to unlock’ feature on the iPhone and using it in the new Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
The court in Germany is expected to rule on whether of not Samsung has copied Apple’s ‘slide to unlock feature’ on the 16th of March 2012, you can find out full details over at Foss Patents.
