On Sunday Apple rolled out a new beta version of its Mac OS X in the form of version 10.7.2, which includes a beta version of iCloud build 11C55 incorporated directly into the build. Previous beta releases up to this date were issued as separate installs. Now developers can benefit from not having to install iCloud separately.
No known issues are listed for the latest beta which has just been released and Apple reportedly lists iCloud, Address Book, iCal, Mail, Safari, and MobileMe as focus areas.
The update has been provided solely for the purpose of testing Apple’s iCloud features and is not an official update build. If you’ve installed any previous versions of 10.7.2, you have to revert back to 10.7 using the supplied tool before you update.
