Apple and Samsung are due to return to court next month regarding the lawsuit between the two companies, Apple were previously awarded around $1 billion in damages from Samsung.
According to a recent report both Apple and Samsung are currently in talks in an attempt to come to a settlement ahead of the court case, and Samsung may have offered Apple some sort of licensing deal relating to all of the patents that Samsung owns.
It is not clear as yet on whether Apple and Samsung will be able to come to an agreement ahead of the next court case, as soon as we get some more details we will let you guys know.
